What is a Clinically Driven Supply Chain? If you were to ask the Supply Chain leaders of 10 different healthcare organizations you would likely get 10 different answers.  Hear how healthcare organizations are no longer simply pressing on supply chain leaders to achieve reduced pricing but are insisting that the clinical staff be part of the solution as clinical products are the fastest growing category of hospital spends.  The dyad teams (including the integration of Physician leadership participation to support SCM Sourcing initiatives) seek to walk in each other’s shoes to understand, how the product is utilized, who is using it, how it is reimbursed, and finally how it performs clinically throughout the patient encounter to transform patient care.
