Program Overview

How do we prepare educationally our teams to handle healthcare in the future, especially as it relates to thinking towards population health, experience of care, per capita and team burnout. Today’s workplace calls for the development and implementation of collaborative systems, clinical teams, operational teams, and infrastructures. Minimally this calls to task the need for high performance results and outputs. This discussion will start with an overview of these collaborative initiatives then be actively facilitated to drive panelists into engaging issues.

Cost:  Members – $35 / Non-Members – $45 / Students – $10
