CANCELED -State of the Healthcare Union Address – Election Year 2020

March 19 @ 5:00 pm - 8:15 pm

Healthcare will rise again as a top issue to be considered during Presidential campaigning for the 2020 election. What are the numerous public policy and legislative issues surrounding healthcare delivery? How are these issues impacting consumers and healthcare organizations?

In February 2019, President Trump prioritized three areas for reform; Price Transparency, Drug Costs, and a Plan to Curb HIV. While there were priorities discussed during President Trump’s Address to the Nation, Medicare for all, Medicare/Medicaid reform, ACA replacement, malpractice reform, etc. were and are issues carried over to and raised during this Presidential term.

What additional issues will voters raise on the campaign trail? What will the candidates raise as their priorities? Will voters and candidates agree? How will all of this align with and/or impact your organization’s priorities for the next four years (and beyond)?

During this timely and informative session, you will hear the perspectives of industry experts relative to the 2020 campaign and election outcomes.

The discussion will also include election and healthcare “hot topics” and how election outcomes may impact healthcare delivery and your organization.
